Career Decisions:

Business

Based on continual technological advancements in the market place, the business community has shown a projected need for entry-level workers. So, it has become the responsibility of the Business/Computer Department at Hill Regional Career High School to aid students in acquiring the needed competencies in order to get employed in these jobs. Business/Computer education at Hill Regional Career High School does mean that there will be training for some specialized employment. In Business/ computer department we make it our goal to help our students grow self-awareness, in academic preparation and in practical experiences. Although some of our business/computer courses are electives. Business/computer education is an essential component of our high school curriculum. Networking with community business resources provides students with the knowledge of career exploration and hands-on-experience, thereby allowing students to apply skills acquired in the classroom to “real world” situations.
